Returns and refunds
We want you happy with your order. Unopened products in their original packaging are welcome back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Starting a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to send back. We will reply with return instructions and the address. New to the range? The shop page lays out every strength before you buy.
Refunds
Once your items reach us and we have checked them, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is not refundable unless the return is down to our mistake.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If something turns up damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we will sort it.
